Return Policy

• Deposits on Special Order items and Floor Models are non-refundable after 24 hours of order.
• You are free to cancel your order, prior to delivery or pick-up within 48 hour of purchase, but After 24 hours you can reselect your product anytime prior to possession with 15% penalty or request a refund with a 25% administration fee.
• Once you have taken possession and you are not happy with your furniture purchase, you can within 7 days of possession re-select with a 25% restocking fee or return the product with a 30% restocking fee.
• All furniture must be in a good shape and without any damages, and must be received in our distribution center within 7 days of possession.
• Refunds are processed with the same method of payment (excluding check or cash where reimbursement will be via company check within 7-10 business days).
