The PALERMO comes in a single colourway: soft wool upholstery with polished gold metal accents at the arm scroll and base. The wool carries enough natural texture to keep the pale tone looking soft and layered in daylight, and the gold picks up warm tones from lamps and brass fittings in the evening.

+ What does the 3+3+1 bundle include?
Two matching 3-seater sofas and one armchair — a layout that works beautifully facing each other across a coffee table, or in an L along two walls. You can also order the 3-seater or the armchair on its own.
+ Is pale wool practical for a family living room?
Wool is more forgiving than most people expect. The fibre naturally resists soiling and releases dry dirt when vacuumed, and its texture breaks up light so small marks don’t stand out the way they do on flat, smooth fabric. That said, a pale sofa is a pale sofa — if you have young children or pets, ask us about protection treatment before you order.
+ How do I care for the wool upholstery?
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush attachment — this is the single most effective thing you can do. Blot spills immediately with a clean, barely damp white cloth, pressing rather than rubbing, and always work from the outside of a mark inward. Avoid bleach and harsh solvents, keep the set out of long hours of direct sunlight, and rotate the cushions and bolsters now and then so they wear evenly.
+ Are the bolsters and cushions included?
Yes — the PALERMO comes with its coordinated set of round bolsters and back cushions, arranged as shown in the product photos.
+ How do I look after the gold detailing?
A soft dry cloth is all it needs. Skip household sprays, abrasive pads, and metal polishes — they can dull or strip the finish over time.
+ Will it fit through my door?
The 3-seater is 97″ long and 39″ deep — long, but its low 28″ height helps in tight turns. Measure your narrowest doorway, hallway corner, stairwell, and elevator, then send us the numbers on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will make it in.
+ Is assembly required?
Minimal — generally just attaching the feet. For GTA deliveries our own team handles the full installation and takes the packaging away with them.
+ What does the 2-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame and cushion structure. Normal wear, fabric pilling, soiling, or damage from misuse are not covered.
+ Will the colour on screen match the real product?
We aim for accurate colour representation, but pale neutrals are the hardest to photograph — they pick up the warmth or coolness of whatever light they’re in, and screens vary. For the truest look, visit our showroom below or book a live WhatsApp video call.
