Things to Consider
• There is no harm in heating porcelain in the heater sections of ovens and microwave ovens. However, direct contact of porcelain products with bare fire, except fire-resistant porcelain, creates a shock effect on the porcelain and breaks.
• If your porcelain is decorated with gold, platinum or gilding, it should not be used in microwave ovens.
• Porcelains can be used in deep freezers with the same confidence, but if the porcelain that comes out of the freezer or refrigerator is put into the oven immediately, the porcelain will break due to the sudden temperature change.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Cream and liquid detergents can be used.
• After washing, it should be rinsed with water and dried.
• It should not be cleaned by rubbing with harsh cleaning agents or wire. (like the hard surface of a dish sponge) should not be washed with bleach and similar chemicals.
• It is recommended to wash by hand the products that use intense gold, platinum and gilding in the decoration of porcelain.

Delivery Day Guidelines
- Please ensure driveways and walkways are cleared (e.g., snow/ice) and that the path inside your home to the placement area is clear.
- Let us know in advance if you need help moving old items—extra charges apply.
Lead Times & Delays
- Delivery timelines vary by stock and location.
- Any delays related to sea shipping or freight carriers are outside of our responsibility.
Warranty
All products include a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
Deposits & Cancellations
- Pre-Order items: Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours from order time.
- In-Stock models: Deposits are fully refundable within 48 hours of order time if canceled before delivery.
- Cancellations after 48 hours (and before delivery) are subject to a 15% booking fee.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you’re not fully satisfied, within 7 days of possession you may:
Re-select another model with a 25% restocking fee, or
Return the product for a refund with a 30% restocking fee.
- Items must be in original condition with no damage, odors, stains, or signs of use. Packaging should be retained when possible.
Fit & Accessibility
- Confirm that items fit through doorways, elevators, and stairwells prior to delivery. Additional handling fees may apply if re-delivery or special services are required.
