Dark Grey gives you the strongest contrast against the gold — it reads dramatic and works well in rooms with plenty of natural light or darker floors. A luxury velvet with a dense, short pile. Velvet is what makes the colour shift as you move around the room — the same panel reads lighter from one angle and deeper from another, which is exactly why it works so well next to polished gold.

Vacuum the velvet gently with a soft brush attachment and brush the pile in one direction to keep it looking even. Blot spills straight away with a clean, barely damp cloth — press, never rub, or you’ll crush the pile. For the gold, a soft dry cloth is all it needs; skip household sprays, abrasive pads, and metal polishes, which can dull the finish.

All velvet shows some pile movement where people sit — it’s a characteristic of the fabric, not a defect, and it’s part of what gives velvet its depth. Brushing the pile back in one direction evens it out in seconds.

Minimal — generally just fitting the metal base. For GTA deliveries our own team handles the full installation and takes the packaging away with them.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, the metal structure, and the cushion structure. Normal wear, velvet pile movement, fabric pilling, or damage from misuse are not covered.
