The VIEN is the largest set we carry — a 98″ three-seater with a full 40″ of depth, built for households where the sofa is where everyone ends up. It’s upholstered in luxury velvet in a considered grey, warmed by bronze detailing rather than the bright gold you see everywhere else. Bronze is the quieter metal: it flatters grey instead of shouting over it, and it ages into a room rather than dating it. And when the evening runs long, the seat converts forward for proper lounging.

The VIEN comes in a single colour way: grey luxury velvet with bronze detailing. Grey velvet is one of the easiest foundations to decorate around — it reads warm next to wood and cream, cool next to black and chrome — and the bronze gives it a point of interest without the glare of polished gold.

+ Can I buy individual pieces instead of the full bundle?
Yes. Choose the 3+2+1 bundle, or the 3-seater, 2-seater, or armchair on its own — each is available separately from the options above.
+ Will a 98″ sofa fit through my door?
This is the question worth answering before you order rather than after. The VIEN 3-seater is 98″ long and 40″ deep — our largest piece. What usually matters is not the doorway itself but the turn in front of it: a tight hallway corner or a stairwell landing is where big sofas get stuck. Measure your narrowest point, send us the numbers on WhatsApp, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will make it in — or suggest the 2-seater instead.
+ How does the convertible function work?
The seat releases and glides forward while the back settles, opening into a long, deep lounging surface. No tools and no parts to remove — it folds back just as quickly.
+ Is grey velvet practical for everyday family use?
It’s one of the most forgiving choices you can make. Mid-tone grey hides everyday marks far better than either white or black, and velvet’s pile diffuses light so it doesn’t show every crease. Vacuum weekly and blot spills promptly and it will look good for years.
+ How do I care for the velvet and the bronze?
Vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment and brush the pile in one direction to keep it even. Blot spills straight away with a clean, barely damp cloth — press, never rub, or you’ll crush the pile. For the bronze, a soft dry cloth only; skip household sprays, abrasive pads, and metal polishes, which can strip the finish.
+ Does velvet show pressure marks?
All velvet shows some pile movement where people sit — it’s a characteristic of the fabric, not a defect, and it’s part of what gives velvet its depth. Brushing the pile back in one direction evens it out in seconds.
+ Is assembly required?
Minimal — generally just attaching the legs. For GTA deliveries our own team handles the full installation and takes the packaging away with them.
+ What does the 2-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, the convertible mechanism, and the cushion structure. Normal wear, velvet pile movement, fabric pilling, or damage from misuse are not covered.
+ Will the colour on screen match the real product?
